The Process of the Retrieval of the Package:-
The recipient gets a delivery notification via SMS or mobile once the package is delivered and then placed successfully in the locker.
The PIN code has to be entered by the recipient.
The door will open for the retrieval of the package.
Returning the package is also very easy. First, the return label on the package, placed by the recipient is scanned at the station of the lockers. Then the door of the locker gets opened. Then you can place the package inside it. So, these easy procedures satisfy the customers in a great manner.
